Use of the Scalextric® Brand

The name Scalextric and associated branding are used with the kind permission of Hornby Hobbies Ltd, who retain full ownership of the Scalextric® trademark. Scalextric® is a registered trademark of Hornby Hobbies Ltd and is used by Scalextric4Schools CIC solely for educational and promotional purposes relating to this STEM initiative.

Protection of the Scalextric4Schools® Program

The Scalextric4Schools® name, logo, concept, educational programme structure, race formats, learning resources, curriculum links, and associated branding are the intellectual property of Scalextric4Schools  unless otherwise credited. These materials are protected under UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We actively monitor the use of our brand, concept, and materials to prevent unauthorised copying or imitation. Any unauthorised use, duplication, or adaptation of the Scalextric4Schools name, brand, or content for commercial or educational purposes without express written permission may result in legal action.

 

Permitted Use

We encourage schools, colleges, and educators to use our content for non-commercial, educational purposes.

You may:

• Use and adapt resources for teaching within your own institution.

• Share our publicly available resources and website links with appropriate attribution.

You may not:

• Reproduce or modify materials for resale or commercial distribution.

• Use the Scalextric4Schools name, branding, or visual identity for independent events, products, or services without prior written agreement.

• Present similar competitions or programmes under a confusingly similar name.
